1.1. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

- If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

- In the unlikely event that we cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
1.2. Refund for Prepaid Packages
- Refunds for prepaid therapy or consultation packages are available under the following conditions:
- If the package is unused, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- For partially used packages, refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions used and any applicable discounts.
1.3. Workshops and Group Programs
- If you are unable to attend a workshop or group program:
- Cancellation requests made 7 days or more before the program start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Exchange Policy

- If you wish to switch from one service (e.g., individual therapy) to another (e.g., couples therapy):
- You may apply the remaining balance from your initial service to the new service within the same clinic, subject to approval and availability.

- Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a session, as therapeutic results vary between individuals and depend on multiple factors.
- Services rendered by external practitioners not employed by Psych Clinics.
